Fiscal status: Non-VAT PFA (sole proprietor). No VAT applicable – Article 310 Romanian Fiscal Code.
All prices displayed are final for consumers, without VAT.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Browsing the Site and/or placing an order represents your agreement with these Terms and Conditions and the related policies (Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy).
2. Modifications
PCraft may update these Terms in the future; the current version is displayed on the Site with the date of the last update. Changes apply only going forward and do not affect orders already placed/in progress. Significant changes will be announced on the Site and/or by e-mail, where applicable.
3. Account and Age
To use the Services you declare that you are at least 18 years old. For persons aged 16–18, processing of personal data requires parental/guardian consent (Law 190/2018). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate, complete information.
4. Our Products
We strive to present our products accurately; however, colors and details may vary depending on device/screen settings. We reserve the right to modify descriptions, availability, or discontinue products, while honoring already accepted orders.
- Standard products: mousepads.
- Customized products: computers configured/assembled upon customer request.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs once we explicitly confirm (order confirmation e-mail) and after your payment has been processed. PCraft may refuse, cancel, or limit an order (e.g. out of stock, clear pricing error, suspected fraud). In such cases we will inform you and refund any amounts collected.
6. Prices, Taxes and Invoicing
- Non-VAT sole proprietor → No VAT applicable (Art. 310 Fiscal Code Romania).
- Prices exclude shipping costs, displayed separately at checkout.
- Invoices are issued with the mention “No VAT applicable – Art. 310 Fiscal Code Romania.”
- Promotions may have their own terms; in case of conflict, promotion terms prevail.
7. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (bank card and compatible digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Optionally, we accept bank transfer; shipping will only take place after funds are received. Cash on delivery is not available.
8. Delivery, Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Delivery times are estimates only. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you choose your own carrier (not offered by us), risk transfers at the time of handover to that carrier. Please check parcels upon delivery and notify the courier/PCraft of any visible issues.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83 / Romanian GEO 34/2014)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, only for standard products (mousepads).
Exception: There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as configured/assembled computers (Art. 16 c) of GEO 34/2014).

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Directive 2019/771 / Romanian GEO 140/2021)
Products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or, where conditions are met, a proportional price reduction or contract termination. These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content (trademarks, texts, images, graphics, video/audio, design) is owned by PCraft and/or licensors and protected under Romanian and EU law. Use other than for personal, non-commercial purposes is prohibited without our prior written consent. The distinctive signs PCraft and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners; they may not be used without permission.
12. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may integrate third-party tools/services (e.g. Shopify); access is provided “as is”. We do not control third-party websites and disclaim liability for their content or practices. Please review their policies before engaging in transactions.
13. Feedback and User Content
If you submit Feedback (reviews, suggestions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and promoting our Services, subject to applicable laws and your rights.
14. Prohibited Uses
It is forbidden to use the Services in unlawful ways, to infringe intellectual property rights, introduce malware, collect data without authorization, or interfere with security features. We may suspend/terminate access if these Terms are breached.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, our liability towards consumers is limited to direct, foreseeable and proven damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
16. Data Protection & Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR) and Cookies Policy (ePrivacy), available on the Site. The Site is technically hosted and operated via Shopify; some data may be transferred/stored outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
17. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)
Disputes may be resolved amicably or via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with ANPC (Romanian Consumer Authority). You also have access to the European Commission’s ODR platform for online dispute resolution. Links are available in the “Complaints & ADR/ODR” page.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer to bring claims before the courts of your domicile.
